How to adjust your rope:
- Holding the rope by the ends, place one foot in the middle of the rope and pull the handles upwards.
- Make sure the rope is tight and the handles reach armpit height. Unscrew the rope's locking screw and adjust the distance. Tighten the closing screw once the desired length has been reached.
- After adjusting, cut off the excess rope.
