The Gladius Yoke is an 80x80mm tubular structure and 3mm thick. Versatile and compact, it is ideal for Strongman-type Yoke Carry exercises. The stand is easily adjustable thanks to the quick interlocking system that allows adjustment to various heights. By adding a pair of Colosseum J-Cups, Yoke Gladius can become a Squat Stand for bench and free squat exercises.
