Article 4 - Right of Withdrawal 

In the event that the Buyer is a "Consumer", as defined in Article 3 of the Consumer Code, the discipline provided applies he/she shall be entitled to the rights set forth in Article 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, and therefore the right to withdraw from the Purchase Agreement for any reason, without penalty and without specifying the reason, by explicit declaration of his/her will to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery of the goods.

The statement should be sent by registered mail. 

The right of withdrawal is excluded, according to art.59, lett c) of the Consumer Code, in the case of products custom-made according to the customer's needs. 

Return of merchandise is at Buyer's expense. Goods must arrive properly packaged and in the same condition in which they were received. Seller reserves the right to reject any product returned unpacked or otherwise in any manner other than as specified above. 

GLADIUS EUROPE SRL recognizes the buyer's right of withdrawal.

The customer may exercise this right within 14 business days of receipt of the goods.

The declaration should be sent by registered letter or Pec.

Subscription or payment for even part of the products constitutes specific acceptance of the general conditions of sale.
