Gladius Europe uses secure online payment systems and uses the SSL standard to encrypt the information communicated by the customer at the time of payment. Payments are transmitted through the secure (encrypted) servers of Paypal and Scalapay. The payment methods we accept are:

Scalapay is an innovative payment method that allows customers to buy in stores

online, receive products immediately and pay in 3 convenient equal installments with due dates

monthly.

For orders placed by September 14, installment due dates will occur every 4th and 8th

weeks.

The service has no additional cost to the customer if the installments are paid by the date of

deadline.

At the time of purchase, the first installment (equal to one-third of the

total value of the purchase).

The next 2 installments will be charged monthly.

First installment: at the time of purchase

Second installment: 1 month from the day of purchase

Third and final installment: 2 months from the day of purchase

What is the due date of the 3 installments ?

How much does it cost me ?

Scalapay is completely free for buyers as long as the installments are paid by the

predetermined deadline.

You will be charged a late fee only if one or more of the installments

planned are not properly repaid by the due date.

Scalapay will notify you a few days before each installment is due via SMS and email.

Late fees

If you have not made the payment before the due date and the payment

automatic fails you will have 24 hours to complete the payment.

If this does not happen, Scalapay will charge late payment fees such as

explained below:

- Payment made by the due date = No additional charge!

- Payment made more than 1 day late = up to €6 additional cost

- Payment made more than 1 week late = additional €6 additional cost

(in addition to the first fee, up to a maximum of EUR 12 per payment)

The total cost of commissions may not exceed 10% of the total order value.

How much can I buy with Scalapay ?

GLADIUS accepts scalapay payments up to a maximum of €1,500 (including costs of

shipping) in 3 installments with equal amounts.

Your purchasing power depends on several factors, such as, the store from which you are

purchasing, the type of card used, whether you have already purchased with Scalapay and repaid previous

purchases without incurring delays. If you are a new customer and have never purchased with

Scalapay your purchasing power may be reduced and will increase with time more

You will buy with Scalapay without incurring payment delays.

Remember:

- Your purchasing power does not depend on the availability of your card

- Scalapay does not use external sources (e.g., CRIF) to assess the creditworthiness of

each client.

All payments made with Scalapay are handled by our partner Stripe. Stripe is a leader in
