The Gladius Medicine Ball is made of foam composite, PE cotton and rubber shavings, materials that ensure anti-rebound properties and allow the Medicine Ball to maintain its shape over time. The outside of the Medicine Ball is made of non-slip PVC leather and stitched with triple nylon seams to prevent any spillage. The Medicine Ball can be used for various exercises in addition to the classic Wall Ball Shots, such as squats, med ball cleans, thrusters and abdominal exercises.
