What is the shipping cost?

**Zones not easily reached: Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria and Basilicata.

EXTRA REQUIREMENTS (for a fee):

Floor Delivery - the courier does not deliver to the floor. Mandatory to contact our customer service first before shipping your order, as price varies by weight. No floor delivery unless arranged with our customer service in advance.

Delivery by appointment (€8.40 vat included) - The courier contacts you by phone to arrange the delivery day and time*. 

*Available times for delivery are set in 3-hour bands E.g. "Delivery from h 10.00 am to h 1.00 pm" (unless the goods are delivered directly by our specialized staff).

Goods insurance during transit

The goods always travel insured. GLADIUS EUROPE SRL is not responsible for any deterioration, failure, delay or damage of any kind that may occur during transportation.

It is the buyer's responsibility to make appropriate checks on the goods and to make claims against the carrier directly upon receipt, by precise reservation on the carrier's delivery note (Accept the goods with reservation).

Delivery

If no one is present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a paper notice and retry in the next two days the delivery of your product. Failed even these further attempts the goods will return to the courier's branch, remaining in storage, a penalty of 31 euros + vat will be applied. In case of any absence, leave a note before finalizing the order so that the courier can leave the goods with a neighbor or family member, (thus avoiding the storage of the goods).

We advise you to check the parcels before signing, if you have any doubts please accept "WITH RESERVE", otherwise, if there are any problems, we cannot make refund!

Following delivery, you have 10 days to check the material and to contact us if there are any problems (example: missing, unsuitable items, etc.).

Delivery time

Order preparation takes 1-3 business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) from receipt of payment. After preparation orders are delivered to the recipient in Italy on average within 5 working days (7 days for islands). The moment the goods leave our warehouses each customer receives via email the tracking to monitor the status of the shipment.

Overseas deliveries take place within 30 working days.

In the event that some products ordered are not immediately available you will be contacted by our customer service department to find alternatives or arrange for delayed deliveries.

Delivery times are indicative and not binding so in any case of force majeure or fortuitous event GLADIUS EUROPE SRL will not be held responsible for the delay of delivery.

Shipments are operated through Bartolini and Fercam couriers.

Prices

Product prices include VAT and refer to purchases made online.

Prices and promotions on our site may change without notice. 

Variations do not apply to completed and outstanding orders.

Terms of payment

Signing up for or paying for even part of the products constitutes specific acceptance of the general conditions of sale.

N.B. Promo codes are entered on the cart page, in the "discount coupon" field.

You can pay for your purchases with these payment methods:

- Paypal via Paypal's secure server (usable for all types of cards: Mastercard, visa, Amex)

- Bank transfer in advance data will be sent automatically by e-mail after confirmation of 'order

Please note: opting for advance transfer as a payment method will postpone delivery by a few days (up to 3/4 business days, depending on your bank's processing time). In fact, the goods will be processed subsequent to the successful completion of the payment. The order is automatically cancelled if payment is not received within 7 days after the order is placed.

- Visa, CartaSi or Mastercard credit or rechargeable card via Paypal's secure server 

Credit card payment of your online purchases is completely safe and secure.

This operation is not handled by the server of GLADIUS EUROPE SRL, but directly by Banca sella or Paypal.

All personal information, credit card information transits on secure server with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol to protect your data. When you enter your card information you will see a padlock appear at the bottom of your browser window, showing that the site is encrypted, that is, protected.

The server will perform credit card number verification in an automated manner and away from any human eyes.

All payment details will be emailed to you after you make your purchase on the site.

Payments are always in advance and the Customer will be allowed to choose one of the payment methods described on the Site.

All orders are subject to acceptance by the management of GLADIUS EUROPE SRL.

Presales

Presales are regulated in the same way as orders as in the previous paragraph; for transparency to you, it is explicitly stated when you are purchasing a product that will be available at a later date than when you place your order on the site.

In the case of an order consisting partly of products in prompt delivery and partly of products in pre-sale, the shipment will take place when the whole order is complete for departure from our warehouse therefore, if you want to receive first the material available in prompt delivery and then the material in pre-sale, you must necessarily make two separate purchases.

Right of withdrawal

GLADIUS EUROPE SRL recognizes the buyer's right of withdrawal.

The customer may exercise this right within 14 business days of receipt of the goods.

The declaration should be sent by registered letter or Pec.

The right of withdrawal is excluded, according to art.59, lett c) of the Consumer Code, in the case of products custom-made according to the customer's needs.

Return of merchandise is at Buyer's expense. Goods must arrive properly packaged and in the same condition in which they were received. Seller reserves the right to reject any product returned unpacked or otherwise in any manner other than as specified above.
