Durable, multipurpose and functional sled, designed to be used in various exercises and take up little space. Its central pivot allows you to overload the machine with your plates. The Training Sled allows you to perform pull or push exercises. You can pull or push it. The sled's two poles are engaged in strong structural steel cylinders to allow the sled to be pushed. By using straps and snap hooks in the appropriate holes in the steel structure, the sled can be pulled.
